At BHF wear, we want to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. If you need to exchange a product, please review the following guidelines for our exchange process:

Condition of the Product

• The exchange request will be approved only after we have received the original product and verified that it is in its original condition, unworn, and unused, with all tags intact.
• Any product that shows signs of wear, damage, or is missing tags will not be eligible for exchange.
  

One-Time Exchange Only

• We offer a one-time exchange per order. Once an item has been exchanged, another exchange request will not be possible.
  

Eligible Items

• Only items purchased directly from https://bhfwear.com/ are eligible for exchange.
• Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for exchange. Please refer to the product description or contact us for more information.
  

Exchange for Different Size/Color

• Exchanges are only available for a different size of the same product. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
  

Processing Time

• Once we receive your product and verify its condition, the exchange process will typically take 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the new item has been shipped.
  

Shipping Costs:

• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original product.
• We will cover the shipping costs for the new item being sent to you.
  

Non-Returnable Items:

• For hygiene reasons, certain items like undergarments or swimwear are not eligible for exchange. Please review the product description before making a purchase.
  

Exchange Request Period:

• Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, exchanges will not be accepted.
